Your adventure begins
Welcome to Uganda, the Pearl of Africa! Upon arrival at Entebbe Airport you will be welcomed by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Entebbe (5 minutes’ drive way). Relax, put your feet up, enjoy some local beers or soft refreshments and get a goodnight sleep because the following morning, the marathon begins.

After breakfast, we will begin a 6hr marathon drive (350km) toward the most beautiful protected area in Uganda: Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way you will stop for snacks and soft refreshments. Enjoy Rhino tracking en-route at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary , the home for White Rhinos in Uganda. After Rhino Trekking, you can relax at the bar located at the ranch for a hot meal, local beers and soft drinks. Later in the evening you will continue the journey to your accommodation at Murchison Falls National Park for a well deserved rest
After an early morning breakfast, you will enjoy a half-day game drive on the Northern bank of the Nile, and enjoy the beautiful Elephants, Giraffes, Lions, and a variety of birds. The fun is just beginning, but you need to eat, so after lunch we will go on a Nile cruise for game viewing at close quarters. The fun doesn't stop there, if you still have the energy, you will Hike to the top of the falls for an incredible view

After breakfast, you will transfer from Murchison Falls National Park to kibale forest camp towards Fort Portal
with lunch en route. The lovely town of Fort Portal rests in the shadow of the fabled Mountains
of the Moon and is famous for the many tea plantations. From Fort Portal we continue a 6hr drive to Kibale
National Park.
Kibale Forest is reputable of
having the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates in East Africa. Enjoy a guided
nature walk in the tropical rainforest in search of the wild chimpanzee, red-tailed monkey,
black-and-white colobus monkey and many others(optional) After lunch we transfer to the
Bigodi Swamp which is initiated through the local community and is famous for the many
species of birds and primates or do community visit.

From Kibale National Park, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. In the afternoon, we take on a boat
cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural channel between Lake Edward and Lake George.
Thanks to the abundant birdlife that is sighted, and the elephants, buffaloes and hundreds of
hippos that are cooling off at the shores, this cruise will definitely be one of the highlights of your
safari.
The following morning, the day begins early as we start with a morning game drive and head to the mating ground of
the Uganda Kobs. We search for lions, elephant, buffaloes and other wild animals in their
natural habitat. In the afternoon you will return to your hotel for hot lunch and refreshments, and later in the evening we go for another game drive for more discoveries

After your second night at Queen Elisabeth Bush Lodge, followed by an exquisite breakfast, you will depart to the Northern part of Queen Elisabeth National Park and drive to the Southern section of the park in search of the tree climbing lions. It is a beautiful route with the Rwenzori Mountains on your right side and the Green valley on the left, this is one of the most amazing views you will experience. After lunch and some cold refreshments, you will enjoy another game drive in search for more tree climbing lions and other wildlife, returning back in time for a beautiful sundown at the lodge and enjoy some local beers, soft drinks, tea and coffee

This morning, you say goodbye to Queen Elizabeth National Park, so make sure you have a heavy breakfast before we embark on a 6 hour drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
LETS GO Gorilla Trekking, the highlight of your safari: a meeting with the gentle giants of Bwindi! Especially hikers will love the tracking in the beautiful ecosystem of the park. It is difficult to foresee how many hours you will hike; it may take two to eight hours. Expect to walk a long distance in steep and muddy conditions, sometimes with rain overhead, before you encounter any gorillas. But it will definitely be worthwhile as you observe them closely while they eat, play and rest. A unique and unforgettable experience! For conservation purposes, time spent with the gorillas is limited to one hour. The ranger guide always briefs you on how to behave with these giant apes.

After a relaxed breakfast, you will be briefed by your guide about the day's events and driven to Lake Mburo National Park. As we enter the park we're likely
to spot some wildlife, including impalas, topis, warthogs, zebras and buffaloes.
The entire evening will be dedicated to a game drive around the park at your pace
Start the next morning with an early nature walk guided by on of the park rangers. In the afternoon, you will be taken for a boat drive along the lake and embrace the beauty
of birdlife and the hippos taking an afternoon swim to cool off or you can simply stay at your lodge for a relaxed afternoon with a few beers /refreshments at hand. In the evening, you will start your journey to Entebbe.

On the way to Entebbe, you have the opportunity to stop at the equator for some photographs and some shopping, then continue your journey straight to your hotel for a good night sleep.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Mabamba to catch a boat. Each wooden boat at Mabamba Swamp will carry at least 3-persons for easy bird watching with
a birding guide and a boat captain and the session will take at least 3 hours.
Mabamba swamp is an arm of Lake Victoria connecting the main fishing village of Busi Island.
The swamp lies near a relatively small village of Kasanje town with a few hills surrounding the
entire swamp with fishing as the main activity catching mostly Tilapia and lungfish in the small
streams of the mainly papyrus grass covered swamp. To Mabamba papyrus swamp, you will
board the wooden boat in search of mainly the Shoebill Stork which usually hides in the water
weed to feed on the fish from the moving water in the swamp.The Shoebill stays in the papyrus
but will also rarely stay on land overlooking water. Some other birds of interest in the swamp are
the African and lesser Jacana, Pygmy goose and the blue breasted bee eaters.
